| | Kf Strength Collective is a daily training program for those that are looking to train hard and improve strength, all while being a part of a rad community of fellow lifters. We're the kind of folks that have a passion for lifting with the mindset that we are training to be stronger for life. There is no "quick fix" end goal in sight. This isnt your basic 4 week training guide.
